Policies

24 hours is required for any appointment changes or cancellations. There is a 50$ cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled outside the 24 hour window. 

Please be on time for your appointment. Due to the short nature of treatment times appointments will only be held for 10 minutes, unless otherwise specified. 10 minutes or more is considered a no show and will be subject to a 50$ rebooking fee. 

Please come prepared for your appointment. Instructions will be given at the time of booking and are available on the website.  If you are not prepared for your session you will be required to rebook your appointment and charged a cancellation fee. 

There will be no refunds on pre purchased packages should you choose not to finish your sessions. Sessions are however transferable. 

All clients are required to fill out a medical history form and consent form prior to starting treatments. It’s the clients responsibility to ensure all information is accurate, up to date and carefully read as this waives the clinic of responsibility should any of the complications listed arise.
